TabaTalk: A Platform That Finally Puts Gulf Businesses First

After spending years in sales and customer engagement across the Gulf, one thing has become clear to me. The ambition across our region is unmatched. The energy, the ideas, the drive to grow, it is all here. What is missing far too often is the kind of support that makes that growth possible.
Contact Center Solutions in UAE

I have worked with companies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and beyond. I have seen teams scale quickly, launch into new markets, and serve customers across multiple channels. But I have also seen them struggle with the same limitations. The platforms they use are either too small to grow with them or too complex to even get started. Most of them are not designed for how business works in our region. And too many of them are built by people who have never actually sat in a sales or support role here.

So when the TabaTalk team reached out, I listened. And within a few conversations, I knew this was something different. I knew this was something I wanted to be part of.

A Solution That Understands the Region

TabaTalk is not trying to be another global tool forced into a local market.

This is a platform that was created with the Gulf in mind. The team behind it understands the local landscape, the compliance needs, the pace of growth, and the pressure teams are under to deliver seamless service with limited resources.

We are not chasing features for the sake of it. We are focused on removing the blockers that slow conversations down. Whether it is a missed message, a complicated workflow, or a system that does not talk to the others, we are building TabaTalk to simplify every step.

Most of the businesses we speak to have between 30 and 150 agents. They are too complex for basic tools and too often ignored by the larger vendors. TabaTalk gives them a solution that fits them perfectly, from day one.

What “Connect Seamlessly” Means to Me

When I first heard our slogan, I smiled.

Not because it sounded good, but because it felt right. It is exactly what every team I have worked with has been trying to do. They are not chasing complexity. They want their tools to work quietly in the background. They want to stay focused on the customer. And they want every conversation to feel natural.

For me, “Connect Seamlessly” means a few things. It means fewer steps between a question and an answer. It means not losing context when a customer moves from chat to voice. It means keeping things consistent so that trust can grow with every interaction.

This is what I have always tried to deliver in the roles I have held. Now, I get to help bring that experience to teams across the region.

Why This Role Matters

I did not join TabaTalk just to sell a product.

I joined because I believe in the vision behind it. I believe in what Martin Kalinov is building. I believe in the clarity and leadership that Gregor Potocar brings. And I believe this region is ready for a platform that finally meets it where it is.

We are not just talking about customer service. We are talking about the ability to grow, to adapt, and to compete on equal footing. We are here to support the teams that carry the real weight of communication. The ones who show up every day to connect, resolve, and represent.

To every business across the Gulf that has outgrown its tools or been overlooked by global platforms, this is for you. I am proud to be part of this journey. And I am ready to help more companies grow with clarity, confidence, and connection.

Let’s make every conversation count.

Companies with strong omnichannel engagement strategies retain 89% of their customers, compared to just 33% for those with weak strategies. That gap translates directly into lost revenue, missed opportunities, and inconsistent customer experiences. Most businesses still operate across disconnected channels. Email sits in one system, SMS in another, supports conversations somewhere else. Customers feel that fragmentation […]

A McKinsey report found that 75% of customers expect consistent experiences across every interaction, yet most businesses still deliver fragmented support. That gap shows up fast when a customer starts on live chat, gets redirected to email, then repeats the same issue again on a phone call. Customers don’t think in channels, they think in outcomes. […]
